Regarding the cast aluminum rotor motor, due to the special nature of hot processing, the rotor blades may appear bent or in a pot bottom shape, resulting in significant positioning deviation of the rotor core and misalignment with the stator.
There are two reasons for the incorrect step scale of stator core pressing positioning or rotor core shaft positioning:
1. When pressing the tire, there are welding points or deformed protrusions on the positioning surface of the iron core.
2. When pressing the tire, there is no clear scale indication, and rough marking is used for visual control. In this case, significant misalignment of the stator and rotor can also lead to a higher no-load current in the motor. The scale error of the positioning step of the rotor core shaft is usually caused by inadequate consideration of the stacked parts in each axis in the planning.
The positioning error of the stator or rotor iron core horseshoe is equal to the increase in the axial scale of the iron core caused by the horseshoe, and some parts have significant displacement fluctuations. When there is axial magnetic pulling force and improper axial positioning planning during motor operation, there may be a cumulative effect of positioning errors between the stator and rotor.
